What is Guna AI?
Guna AI is a Malaysian company that gives crews ready-made tools for free. The flagship tool is a free-forever WhatsApp work-order system for aircond, cleaning, and small facilities crews: the boss opens jobs on a web board, workers stay on WhatsApp with no technician app, and jobs close with arrival and done photos that record time and GPS.
Is Guna AI really free forever?
Yes. The WhatsApp work-order tool is free forever — not a trial, with no expiry date and no card. Custom work through Studio is a separate conversation on WhatsApp.
What is the catch?
There is none. The ready-made tool is how crews meet us. Some of them later ask us to build something custom, and that is how Guna AI earns. If you never ask for custom work, the free tool still does not expire.
Do workers need to install an app?
No. Workers stay on WhatsApp. There is no technician app to install, log into, or keep updated.
How does photo proof work?
The worker sends an arrival photo and a done photo on WhatsApp from the job site. Guna AI watermarks time and GPS onto the photos and shows them on a proof page the customer can open — no login, and a PDF if they want one. When no location was shared, the watermark says GPS not available; coordinates are never invented.
Who is Guna AI for?
Crews of about 2 to 20 people doing aircond, cleaning, or small facilities work — especially around Penang and Seberang Perai.
What does a work order include?
Customer, address, the job itself, the assigned worker, status on the board, and the proof photos once the job is done.
How much does a custom solution cost?
